Since conception in 2002, GoldLadder has been offering unique search and advertising solutions online. Matt and Russell Davidson believe online marketing is something more than jumping from one online service to another, often in the dark and without guidance. Management Team

Russell Davidson - Director

12 Years in the national advertising industry. One of the first individuals in the UK to train and adopt a position as dedicated paid search marketing specialist. Russell has run campaigns using all types of online media. An understanding of the frustration of clients who needed more from the internet, and the accompanying lack of performance from offline media, led Russell to draw the blueprints for GoldLadder. Specialising purely in search-biased online media with a full service agency approach, Russell has successfully brought his experienced and understanding approach to client's advertising needs to the company. Recently Russell has been one of the earliest individuals in the UK to become a Google Adwords Qualified Professional.

Matt Davidson - Director

10 Years in the telecommunications and wireless industry, Including sales solutions and technical support management. Matt co-founded GoldLadder in 2002, underpinning the company with a technical and creative approach to online marketing solutions. Actively involved in research and always on the look - out for new solutions, Matt ensures GoldLadder's products and services are fresh, always offer the best return on investment and complete reliability for GoldLadder's clients. Matt has developed and refined GoldLadder's suite of bidding software to allow further ROI improvements.

Colin Butcher - Technical Manager

An experienced programmer in several languages, Colin's background includes having managed a busy IT team developing database driven software solutions using PASCAL, SQL and VB as well as supporting a large LAN. Colin also has extensive experience with web based applications using PHP, ASP, HTML and MySQL. Since joining GoldLadder in 2004, Colin has developed a unique approach to providing Search based HTML solutions which have proved very successful with helping clients achieve their goals.

From a great start in 2002, 2003 saw the GoldLadder partnership acquire many clients that shaped the way we do business today. From creating new energy in promoting household names, or quickly and efficiently connecting start up businesses with their ideal customers, GoldLadder identified opportunities and provided smart solutions that were lacking elsewhere in the industry

GoldLadder believe in exclusivity wherever possible for clients in their market sectors - and this has been appreciated by businesses looking for confidential consultation and solutions when growing market shares. GoldLadder also successfully launched an agency supply service for online media solutions in 2003. Web designers and marketing agencies alike are now offering branded, cutting edge, high ROI solutions to their clients, confident of the quality and support that comes from outsourcing to GoldLadder

In 2004, The partnership became a company, and expanded into larger premises in Exeter's business district. GoldLadder now enjoys more space and better facilities. Colin Butcher, our resident Technical Manager, joined the GoldLadder shortly after and has further enhanced our products and services by creating unique Search based HTML solutions
