Facebook Page Marketing – Success Criteria?

If you’re involved in Social Media Marketing in any form, you should read through this. It was compiled by Jeremiah Owyang who knows what he’s talking about when it comes to brands using social channels to interact with consumers.

As the front cover suggests (and this is something I totally agree with) “Brands lack maturity by not leveraging social features” and indeed if your brand is not leveraging the free social channels to interact with your customers, the chances are that you’re missing out.
